Hi, I’m Alice Pavin - life coach and yoga teacher.

I believe that in order to create a fulfilled, balanced and healthy life, strong foundations are crucial.

After living in seven countries, I’ve come to realise that the only real home is to be found within.

I help others (you) feel at ease in your mind and body, so that you can move towards your purpose, reach your goals, and feel great.

I do this by working with two elements of your (well)being :

Mindset

and Movement.

Yoga Teaching

Through yoga, we can connect our minds to our bodies. Specialising in Vinyasa yoga, I offer both private group sessions and 1-to-1 sessions, where I help you create your own wellness routine. Either in connection to coaching, or as a stand-alone service.

FAQs

  • Coaching is not about solving problems, although problems will be solved. It is not primarily about improving performance, attaining goals, or achieving results, although all of that will certainly happen over time. Coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice. It is a structured process to help people (you) find your own answers, encouraging and supporting you on the path as you continue to make important choices towards a more fulfilling life (learn more about my coaching method below).

  • Coaching is based on the fundamental belief that the client is creative, resourceful, and whole, thereby capable of discovering their own answers. In contrast, a mentor typically offers direct solutions to the client's challenges, drawing from their personal experiences.

Therapy aims to address mental disorders like anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Therapeutic approaches often delve into the past to comprehend the origins of an individual's current state. On the contrary, coaching focuses on where the client is today, where they want to be, and how to get there.

  • My coaching style has been described as a holistic, empathic, and efficient.

I mainly rely on the co-active model in my coaching. The key principle of co-active is that the coach and coachee (you) together collaborate for a common purpose. We are working together on a mutual mission - your mission - to discover solutions and create strategies for personal and professional growth. The goal is not only to achieve specific outcomes but also to foster a deep sense of connection, empowerment, and accountability.

I commonly integrate mindset and transformational coaching in my approach, focusing on facilitating shifts in the your perspectives, behaviours, and patterns of thinking that may be holding you back.

  • When you want things to be different. If you are looking for change or have important goals to reach, whatever they may be.

I have coached people to find and live according to their purpose, to stop self-loathing and start self-loving, navigate the life as a refugee in a new country, start a business, increase their self-esteem, find balance in life, create healthier relationships with others and themselves, letting go of pressure and expectations, and much more to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.

  • While I frequently work with women aged 18-35, my coaching is open to everyone it resonates with.

Commonly, you are an individual that are looking to:

    • Increase your connection to yourself and discover your purpose.

    • Identify and overcome limiting beliefs to cultivate greater self-acceptance, respect, and love.

    • Release external pressures and expectations, to create space to shape the life you desire.

    • Improve decision-making by balancing the input of your mind, heart, and intuition.

  • If we decide to work together during the Chemistry Call, we start with a Discovery Session. Here, we delve into your challenges and goals, pinpoint what to focus on, and figure out how we'll work together to achieve your objectives.

Following this, the recurring sessions starts, which tend to be held weekly or biweekly depending on what is most suitable. Between each session, there is typically a 'homework' to further facilitate the progress.

  • All humans are different, and we do not work equally as well with everyone. There is nothing wrong in that. When two people align in values, resonate with each other, and feel at ease collaborating, the chemistry is right. This builds trust, facilitates communication, and promotes understanding. Ultimately, this forms the basis for a productive coaching relationship, leading to better outcomes for the coachee.
